What is the Widow Project?
Missions International [MI] is working with local partners in Southeast Asia to provide basic necessities for widows in need. Due to cultural influence, many of these women are forgotten and left to take care of things on their own.
MI along with our partners, seek to not only provide the needs of these widows but to impact their eternity by serving their needs in the name of Jesus Christ. While our impact in Southeast Asia grows, we need your help to minister to the hundreds of women in need that our partners have identified.
We ask you to join us by giving to these women in need of your help today. One-time gifts or recurring monthly gifts are welcome.
When you support a widow in need, you le there know that she is not alone, that someone cares, and that God sees her and knows her name.
Medicine | $40+
Provide medical care or medication to a widow and alleviate her health concerns.
Treatment | $60+
Provide treatment needed to a widow with more serious or immediate medical needs.
Food | $90
As a basic necessity, you can provide a month of food to widows who are hungry.
Farm Animal | $200+
When you give a widow in need a farm animal, you not only provide for her, you also give her a means of income to sell milk or eggs om her community.
Home Repairs | $300
Many widows are living in homes that are falling apart. These conditions create a further burden and can cause living situations to be dangerous for her.
The harvest is plentiful.
